一、電弧的長(zhǎng)度

適宜的焊接速度是以焊條直徑、涂料類(lèi)型、焊接電流、被結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接物的熱容量、結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)頭等條件有其相應(yīng)變化,不能作出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。保持適宜的焊接速度,熔渣能很好的覆蓋著熔潭。使熔潭內(nèi)的各種雜質(zhì)和氣體有充分浮出時(shí)間,避免形成焊縫的夾渣和氣孔。在結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接時(shí)如運(yùn)棒速度太快,結(jié)構(gòu)件焊接部位冷卻時(shí),收縮應(yīng)力會(huì)增大,使焊縫產(chǎn)生裂縫。
